Even on the busiest of days I try to get in at least a quick workout. I find working out in the morning wakes me up and gets me energised for the busy day ahead. Here's a quick 15 minute Ab workout you can do on those busy mornings.
Crunches(20 Reps)
Reverse Crunches w/ Leg raise(15 Reps)
Flutter Kicks (Hold for 10 Seconds)
Bicycles(100 Reps)
Heel touches(75 Reps)
Russian Twist(30 Reps)
Repeat x 2
