Tricked you because yes, this post is about doing cardio. I know everyone dreads cardio and would rather never run again but guess what? Cardio is very important to our body and a heck of a lot of fun when you think of it as anything other then running. Cardio can be:

  • Stair climbers

  • Going for a Hike

  • Bike Riding

  • Roller Blading

  • Going For A Fast Paced Walk

Whatever you choose to do, just try to get out and get active for at least 30 minutes!
