"I like my country music at the volume where I can't hear you complaining about it"
Boots and Hearts is one of the biggest country music festivals in Canada. Also one of the best if I must say so myself. I went last year in 2016 and this year in 2017. Even if you don't like country music (Which I do) the whole atmosphere is so much fun and a great experience. For those of you who don't know, Boots and Hearts is held in Oro-Medonte, on Burls creek fair grounds. There's a large portion of camp sites for tents or RV's and 1 huge concert area. Small bands play throughout the day, and the head liners play later at night. Its 4-5 days depending when you go down and when you leave. Most of the day is spent socialising, dancing, singing and playing games with new people. Well the night is reserved for the concerts.

They concert area holds a few small stages and 1 bigger stage. As well as many concession stands for food, ice cream or beverages. Another thing they have is these areas set up for you to take pictures. They have signs, mini barns, giant boots, it's really cool.

My favourite part was probably a meet and greet with one of the new singers I listen to. He's no Luke Bryan but boy does he have a voice! His songs are also super unique and not like any of the other country music I listen to. I hope I get to hear him play again one day!

For anyone who doesn't know, this is David James.
So even if you don't love country music, it is a great experience to have. However if you love country music, you must go! It is honestly the experience of a life time.
