Blue Mountain
"To adventure is to find yourself whole"
I wanted to share a really cool adventure I went on recently. It wasn't an expensive or far away resort that cost a fortune but rather a small resort in a local town not far from where I live. It's called blue mountain ski resort but don't let the name fool you. It's a lot of fun in the summer to. There are beaches, pools and lakes to swim in, as well as canoes and fishing poles to rent. There's tons of hiking trails on the ski slopes during the summer and a mini roller coaster to!The view on the mini coaster is amazing. It takes you to the top of the mountain and then on the way down you get to use pedals to control your speed. So you can go as fast as you want!
As much fun as I had there in the summer, I've also been there in the winter before. The ski slopes are awesome! There's anything from beginner to advanced hills, and some even go through forest trails. Not to mention you can go into the village and grab some hot food and a drink after to warm up. Overall, it was a pretty cool adventure.
