1. Forever 21
Well the store may be mayhem and extremely frustrating at times, you can find the trendiest styles there for basically nothing! Anything from athletic wear, to casual street styles, and socks and underwear. It's definitely my number 1 go to budget store.

2. Urban Planet
It's easier to find what your looking for, unlike forever 21. It's also very inexpensive and has tons of trendy styles. However with urban planet you get what you pay for. Some of the clothing isn't the greatest quality.

3. Plato's Closet
This store is absolute hell and heaven all in one. It is a second hand store but it's all carefully picked over and paid for items. Majority of it looks brand new. It's very trendy and basic styles but for a fraction of what you'd pay for in stores for it. It just takes a lot of patience's to look through everything.
(Also you can sell your clothes well your there too)

4. Old Navy Back to the basics! If you just need plain t-shirts, long sleeves, tanks or jeans, I'd go to old navy. It's very inexpensive and durable. Old navy just isn't the trendiest of stores.

5.Ardenes
Ardenes can be expensive for the quality if your only buying 1 thing. However they have great deals if you need a few things, like 3 for $15 or 2 for $20. Plus there's always a bunch of racks for 70% off.

6. Aeropostale
Never use to be the trendiest of stores, but lately it hasn't been as bad! The basics are super cheap here and for a little more you can get styles by Bethany Mota or the Pretty Little Liars Line. Now to be honest the store use to be geared towards a younger crowd but in all honesty, I love there jeans and I've got tons of great Jackets and sweaters in there.

7. Just Fab
This store is great! They have super trendy items and a very reasonable price. The material isn't inexpensive but it's not super durable either. It's somewhere right in the middle. Totally worth it though, some of the nicest shoes i've ever bought!

8. H&M
This store is a little more pricey then the others but the clothing is also really good quality and a little on the dressier side. So if you need office clothes or an outfit for a big interview, this is the place to go.

9. Lulu's
This is a trendy online website for everyday clothes and fancier outfits. The prices aren't the cheapest, however they have the best sales and deals. Keeping in mind the quality of the clothes is amazing and your getting great deals, i'd consider this budget shopping.

10. Zara
Lastly there's Zara. A lot of people wouldn't consider this a budget store but that's cause the quality is pretty great and the styles are always up to date, so the price is a little higher. I bought a pair of jeans for $70 but they lasted me 5 years! Compared to the 1 maybe 2 years I get out of budget jeans. So in my mind, I am saving money. The basics here are cheap though and they have killer sales! So if you still don't want to spend the money, wait for a sale and stock up!
